What we collect
- Proposal requests: name, work email, company, ticker, engagement type, fiscal year-end, current auditor, target filing date, your message, and the date, page and IP address of the submission (used to prevent spam).
- Checklist downloads: name, work email and company.
- Emails you send us and their attachments.
- Analytics: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 collects usage data such as pages viewed and clicks on email or WhatsApp links. If you decline, analytics cookies are not set.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your request, prepare a proposal, send the resource you asked for, perform client-acceptance and independence procedures, follow up on your inquiry and measure how the website performs. We do not sell personal information.
